Just FYI ...

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, a federal bank regulator, recently published a community development e-zine on CDVC.  It's aimed at banks that may be interested in investing in CDVC.  It includes descriptions of CDVC investment funds and provides due diligence advice for banks contemplating an investment in a CDVC fund.
